I guide clients in understanding nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support hormonal health in midlife, including metabolic changes during perimenopause and menopause, nutrition guidance for strength, energy, and body composition, and lifestyle habits that support hormone balance.

My journey into health and wellbeing has been shaped by both professional experience and a genuine passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to themselves. I have spent over a decade working in the fitness industry as a coach, supporting people to build strength, improve their health, and gain confidence in their bodies.

During that time, I began to notice that many women, particularly those moving through midlife were struggling with changes in their bodies, energy levels, and overall wellbeing. What once worked for them often no longer did, and many felt frustrated, confused, or disconnected from their bodies. These experiences inspired me to look beyond traditional fitness approaches and explore a more holistic understanding of health.

I became increasingly interested in the role that mindset, lifestyle, nervous system health, and deeper emotional patterns can play in our overall wellbeing. This path led me to create The Thrive Guide, a space where movement, education, and personal growth come together. Through strength coaching, guidance around lifestyle and hormone health, and mindset-based coaching, my goal is to support women in building stronger bodies, developing greater self-understanding, and creating lasting wellbeing. I believe that true health is not just about how we look, but how we feel, how we live, and how connected we are to ourselves.
